Faye has been working within Film & Photography for over 15 years, with experience in Makeup, Retouch & Creative Operations. She has been a key contributor to the growth of THG Studios, from its humble beginnings to becoming one of the biggest custom built creative studios in Europe at 11.6 acres. Servicing clients such as Disney, Campari, On Running, Look Fantastic and Elemis. Faye’s focus is on supporting creatives to do great work, whilst managing efficient processes, supporting software’s and great client relationships.

He has a foundational knowledge of revenue-driving creative studios with a dedication to future strategy and processes and is ready to challenge convention and traditional ways of working to improve creative development and delivery.

Kat is an accomplished British fashion photographer who has shot national and international campaigns for leading brands featured across print and broadcast mediums.
Kat currently leads the Studio creative, production and photography for the UK’s fastest growing fashion group Boohoo. Running one of the largest studios in the UK, she and her team produce high quality creative content at scale as part of the e-commerce gallery and marketing campaigns.

Adrian is a creative with a passion for images and clear communication. Currently, the Team Lead of the Digitech and Video Editing teams at Zalando Studios Berlin. Previously, he worked for Eastern Europe’s largest e-com player, eMag. Adrian has also worked in print as Art Director for magazines such as Glamour and Marie Claire.

Matthew Miller is the Studio Operations Manager of Photography at Saks, the premier luxury ecommerce platform. He has 12 years of experience in the photography industry, all of them with the Saks Fifth Avenue brand. His ability to build strong relationships and his aptitude for operations have been instrumental in helping his team evolve into a leader in the luxury fashion photography space. Matthew most recently oversaw a new 50,000 square foot studio buildout for Saks in downtown New York City.

Who can attend FLOW?

FLOW: Barcelona is for creative directors, photographers, retouchers and creatives within the e-commerce content production industry. Fill out the form to submit your interest in FLOW: Barcelona.

Is FLOW free to attend?

Yes! It is free to register and attend FLOW: Barcelona. We can’t guarantee that all registrants will be granted access to the live event due to limited capacity. Recordings and content will be made available after the event.

I don’t have a business email, but still want to attend. What can I do?

Please reach out to events@pixelz.com and our team will explore the possibilities together with you!

Can I register at the venue?

Unfortunately, tickets are extremely limited to keep the event cozy and make networking manageable. Registration is required before the event.

What if I have dietary requirements?

We want to make sure everyone is comfortable at our events and that includes making sure even one is well fed! We will follow up with you about dietary requirements when your ticket is approved.

Will you be live-streaming the event?

FLOW is a live event and we will not be live streaming any of the sessions. We will share recordings of our sessions after the event. And follow our LinkedIn profile for exclusive day of content.
