Navigating AI Implementation Internally
Join this attendee-led discussion focused on the reality of implementing AI inside organizations.
Across dozens of teams, the same patterns are emerging: workflows aren't designed for hybrid approach, quality is hard to achieve at scale, approvals lag behind production speed, and the legal concerns keep blocking initiatives.
This is a space and time to surface what’s actually breaking, share where things are getting stuck, and exchange ways teams are actually making it work.
A Smoother Path From Capture to Delivery With Capture One
Explore how Capture One supports modern commercial workflows, from the first capture through to final delivery, and how your team can stay better connected along the way.
Marshall will walk through a practical studio setup and share some of the newer platform updates that help simplify editing, improve collaboration, and give teams more flexibility without getting in the way of the creative process.
Plus, you will get to see the integration with Pixelz and how it links shooting, editing, and post-production more seamlessly. Join to gain practical insight into how these tools work together to support higher-volume production and smoother handoffs in complete workflows.

Navigating the Future of AI in Content Operations
AI is changing how content is planned, produced, and delivered, but many teams are still figuring out how to use it in day-to-day work. In this interactive workshop, leaders from Creative Force and Shotflow will talk through how content and creative teams can move beyond early experiments and bring AI into real production environments. Using practical examples, the session will focus on where AI can help today, where human judgment still matters, and how teams can prepare for what comes next as AI moves from pilots into everyday production at scale, while maintaining creative quality.

Let's NOT Talk About AI
No prompts, no automation deep-dives, no " AI innovation " talk.
This attendee-led discussion is for those who need to zoom out from all the AI and tech conversation, and focus on the other realities of running a studio - team dynamics, stakeholder alignment, budgeting, creative quality, floorplan layout, and anything else that is top of your mind!
The flow of the discussion is defined live by the room. We’ll keep AI out of it (unless it inevitable comes up) and make space for the conversations that don’t always get stage time, but matter just as much.
