FLOW is more than an event. It’s a place where the creative industry can connect and inspire one another, with unique content you won’t hear anywhere else, and a party-like atmosphere.

Workshops
In-depth and practical workshops designed for you to learn new skills or expand your knowledge in a particular area. Run in two parallel tracks, there will be 6 workshops in total and you can choose to attend just one or as many as you like. Workshops are only available to representatives of brands and photo studios. Each workshop is limited to 20 seats and sign-up in advance is required.

The most hands-on and practical session of the day with the highest concentration of expertise and talent - you and all your fellow attendees. Join the Profoto team for an exclusive demo to understand what the connected studio is all about and how a seamless software-hardware integration can set you and your team up for success!
-Veranda Talk: In-House Studios and Independent Creatives Collaboration
An honest conversation about the reality, challenges, and opportunities of creative collaboration between in-house brand studios and independent talent. Led by the one and only Caydie McCumber, this informal chat will be focused on highlighting the existing issues and finding ways to address them from both sides of the dialogue.

If you don't feel like joining any of the sessions or want to spend some time having a meaningful 1:1 conversation with fellow attendees or partners - this is a perfect time to do it! FAQs
Who can attend FLOW?
FLOW events are created for studio managers, creative and art directors, photographers, retouchers, and creatives within the e-commerce content production industry.
Is FLOW free to attend?
Free in-person access to the event is reserved for the representatives of brands, retailers and independent creatives. We can’t guarantee that all registrants will be granted access to the live event due to limited capacity.
If you are representative of a commercial photo studio or technology vendor, you are welcome to request the ticket and you will receive further information about purchasing tickets to attend FLOW.
I don’t have a business email, but still want to attend. What can I do?
Please reach out to events@pixelz.com and our team will explore the possibilities together with you!
Can I register at the venue?
Unfortunately, tickets are extremely limited to keep the event cozy and make networking manageable. Registration is required before the event.
What if I have dietary requirements?
We want to make sure everyone is comfortable at our events, and that includes making sure even one is well fed! We will follow up with you about dietary requirements when your ticket is approved.
Will you be live-streaming the event?
FLOW is a live event, and we will not be live streaming any of the sessions. We will share recordings of our sessions after the event. And follow our LinkedIn profile for exclusive content.
