THE ROLE

We are looking for a Payroll Accountant to join Pixelz’s Finance & Accounting team. This role is responsible for managing payroll-related activities, including payroll calculation, payroll accounting entries, reporting, and coordination with relevant stakeholders in a global working environment.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with an international Finance team and develop professional expertise in payroll accounting and beyond.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform monthly payroll calculation, including salary, bonus, benefits, allowances, deductions, and other payroll-related items.
• Review and verify payroll data to ensure accuracy and completeness before payroll processing.
• Prepare and record payroll-related accounting entries.
• Maintain payroll records and perform reconciliation of payroll-related accounts and employee costs.
• Prepare periodic payroll and accounting reports for internal reporting purposes.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to collect, verify, and process payroll-related information.
• Work with relevant stakeholders in a multinational environment to ensure payroll processes are completed accurately and on time.
• Support month-end closing activities related to payroll and personnel costs.
• Perform other accounting tasks and ad-hoc assignments as required by the manager.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll accounting or a related accounting position.
• Basic knowledge of payroll processes, salary calculation, and accounting principles.
• Experience in preparing payroll data and performing payroll-related accounting entries.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately with numbers and data.
• Good command of English (B1 level or equivalent; TOEIC 550+), with the ability to communicate in a working environment.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Experience working in an international environment is an advantage.
