jobs / Enterprise Account Executive

Location: Copenhagen, Berlin, Barcelona

THE ROLE

This is not a role for an account manager or someone who wants to coast on inbound leads. We are looking for a high-octane Enterprise Account Executive (Hunter) who thrives on outbound prospecting, opening doors, and commanding the top of the funnel.

This role is perfectly designed for a senior BDR/SDR or an ambitious mid-market AE who has mastered the art of outbound outreach and is hungry to step up and run the full enterprise sales cycle. You will be the tip of the spear, identifying enterprise opportunities and navigating complex retail organisations to turn cold targets into massive partnerships.

And don’t worry - while you are opening the doors, you will have a fantastic team of Solutions Engineers and Sales leaders working alongside you to scope pilots and get the contracts signed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Regional Responsibility: You’ll be responsible for driving new sales within a designated region in Europe based on your background and language skills. The ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and target accounts are well-defined; it’s up to you to research and build the network.
  • Own the Outbound Engine: Actively hunt, map, and penetrate enterprise-level fashion, retail, and e-commerce brands within your designated region. You are the door-opener.
  • Leverage Next-Gen AI for Prospecting: Use cutting-edge AI tools (like Claude, ChatGPT, and specialised data tools) to research accounts, build personalised outreach strategies, and scale your pipeline velocity at an elite level.
  • Sell a Modern Production Solution: Pitch a blended offering that solves massive creative bottlenecks: positioning our AI-supported post-production services and fully managed AI solutions directly to Creative Directors, E-Commerce executives, and CMOs.
  • Multi-Thread Complex Accounts: Relentlessly target and engage diverse stakeholder groups, connecting the dots between Studio Managers, Creative Directors, and executive layers.
  • Drive Full-Lifecycle Enterprise Deals: Move prospects seamlessly from a cold touchpoint to a deep discovery call, coordinate custom pilots with our internal production teams, and close high-value enterprise contracts.

Requirements

  • The Hunter Mentality: 2-4 years of experience as a high-performing Senior BDR/SDR or Mid-Market AE in a fast-paced B2B environment (SaaS, MarTech, Creative Tech, or Digital Agency).
  • The Itch to Grow: A proven track record of smashing outbound pipeline quotas, with a fierce desire to transition into full-cycle Enterprise Sales.
  • AI Tool Fluency: You aren’t just waiting for AI to change the workplace; you are already using it. You have a proven ability to leverage AI tools (like Claude) for strategic prospecting, writing compelling copy, and deep account analysis.
  • Industry Grit: A strong understanding of (or deep interest in) the e-commerce, retail, or fashion landscape. You can quickly learn to speak the language of photo studios, product photography, and high-volume asset creation.
  • Resilience & Creativity: An unshakeable attitude toward cold outreach and a creative approach to breaking through the noise of an enterprise executive's inbox.
  • Language and Region: You speak native French, German, or English, and get extra points if you can chat in Spanish or Italian.
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales
  • 2+ years of work experience with Sales Prospecting
  • 2+ years of work experience with Customer Presentations
