Production Supervisor

THE ROLE
The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the production activities of the image editing team. This role ensures deadlines, quality, and technical standards are met, while managing personnel, supporting training initiatives, and driving process improvements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Production & Quality Supervision
- Coordinate with relevant departments to implement and update standards (Standards, Templates, Workflows, etc.) for the team.
- Ensure team members understand and strictly follow technical standards, especially when changes occur.
- Monitor, analyze, and resolve quality issues, including Customer Rejects.
- Participate in Pilot projects/Onboarding for new customers and propose solutions when issues arise.
- Join projects related to AI and image workflow optimization.
People Management & Team Development
- Manage shift activities: track progress, workload, and operational metrics (Live View, image flow, etc.).
- Arrange and coordinate personnel based on production plans and actual resources.
- Collaborate with HR on personnel matters: rewards, discipline, regulations, policies, and addressing employee inquiries.
- Build capacity development plans for the team, ensuring employees participate in training according to the roadmap.
Technical Support & Training
- Provide support to resolve technical and system issues affecting quality and performance.
- Partner with stakeholders to develop documentation, scripts, and processes to optimize editing operations.
- Participate in training and onboarding new employees, as well as providing advanced training for the team when necessary.
- Collaborate with the Academy to develop training content, tests, and ensure output quality.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Perform operational reports as required.
- Participate in quality improvement projects and production process optimization.
- Carry out other tasks as requested by the Company.
REQUIREMENTS
- Education: College/University degree in Production Management, Communications, IT, or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor / Team Lead / Mid-level Manager in a service production environment.
- Preference: Candidates who have worked in shift-based production environments with high deadlines and large volumes.
- Team Management: Experience managing teams of 5–15+ people is a plus.
- Data Mindset: Ability to track and interpret operational metrics (productivity, quality, SLA, etc.).
- Skills: Strong communication and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
- Language: Proficiency in English (communication and reading technical documentation).
- Adaptability: Ready to learn and adapt to new technologies, AI-driven processes, and automation.
