Position Overview
The Senior HR Generalist plays a key role in driving smooth daily office operations, leading internal communications, managing corporate events, and providing strategic talent acquisition support. This role requires a balance of operational efficiency in admin/purchasing, creative energy for employee engagement, and expertise in sourcing talent.

Location: Hai Chau, Da Nang, Vietnam
Key Responsibilities
Administration & Purchasing (40%)
- Oversee and streamline office administrative operations to maintain an efficient, comfortable, and safe working environment.
- Manage procurement processes end-to-end: vendor research, price negotiation, purchasing office supplies/equipment, and contract management.
- Control administration budgets, review operational expenses, and coordinate timely payments with the Finance team.
- Manage facilities, office maintenance, corporate assets, workplace hygiene, labor safety, and fire prevention compliance.
- Supervise administrative service providers and vendors (e.g., cleaning services, plant care, building management).
Internal Communication & Event Management (40%)
- Design and execute internal communication strategies aligned with company values and organizational culture.
- Plan, organize, and host end-to-end corporate events, team-building activities, town halls, company trips, and cultural celebrations.
- Manage internal communication channels (emails, internal chat groups, and social groups).
- Measure employee engagement levels through periodic satisfaction/eNPS surveys and implement initiatives to enhance company culture.
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding (20%)
- Manage the recruitment process for assigned positions: candidate sourcing, screening, testing, interviewing.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding and welcome experience for new team members.
- Support recruitment branding activities across social media, career pages, and hiring channels.
- Organize branding events like job fairs, workshops, company tours, graduation ceremonies.
Qualifications & Skill Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of professional experience in HR Generalist roles, with strong exposure to Office Administration, Purchasing, Internal Communications, and Recruitment.
- Language Skills: Professional fluency in both written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
- Tech Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiar with design tools (Canva, PowerPoint, Photoshop, or similar visual tools) is a plus.
- Key Competencies:
- Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong planning and execution skills, with attention to timelines and budgets.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
