THE ROLE
Own and scale Pixelz’s Quality Assurance Framework to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across all products and clients.
This role is responsible for shifting QA from reactive issue handling to proactive quality management, driving standards (SLAs) across teams, enforcing accountability, and ensuring consistent quality at scale.
Quality is a key driver at Pixelz, shaping delivery consistency and efficiency, and enabling us to scale our product offerings, making this role critical for customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and financial scalability.
Key Responsibilities
1. Quality Standards & Compliance
- Define and enforce quality standards, SOPs, and internal SLAs across teams
- Ensure consistent application of quality processes across all products (incl. AI products)
- Lead cross-team quality alignment and auditing as the central authority across teams, ensuring standards are enforced and outcomes are consistent
2. Quality Insights & Continuous Improvement
- Design, implement, and scale the end-to-end Quality Management Framework (QMF)
- Own quality performance metrics
- Analyze data to identify root causes and systemic issues
- Partner with Production/Ops management to drive continuous improvement initiatives
3. Escalation Governance
- Own the Quality Issue Management & Escalation Framework
- Lead cross-functional resolution of complex quality issues
- Ensure root cause fixes and preventive measures are implemented and tracked
4. Key Account Quality Ownership
- Oversee QA delivery performance for Enterprise / key accounts
- Ensure alignment between client expectations and production output
- Consistently achieve account-specific quality targets & enable expansions
5. Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Lead and develop the QA team (performance, structure, ways of working)
- Build a strong QA culture focused on ownership, accountability, and speed
- Coach QA members and elevate overall quality capabilities across Vietnam teams
Requirements & Experience
- 5–7+ years in Quality Management / QA leadership roles
- Experience across 2–3 different, complex industries
- Proven track record of:
- Building or scaling a Quality Management System from scratch
- Driving cross-functional change and standardization
- Improving quality metrics in complex operational environments
- Strong ability to adapt quickly to new industries and products
- Experience working directly with customers to understand requirements and translate them into quality standards
- English language at a business professional level
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence across teams and seniority levels
- Strong Plus: Certification in Six Sigma, Lean, or similar methodologies, with hands-on experience applying structured problem-solving and process improvement frameworks in complex operational environments
