The Role
As an Enterprise AE, you will own the full commercial journey - from prospecting high-value accounts to negotiating and closing complex deals. Working with our global commercial team, you will scale our regional footprint and position Pixelz as the essential partner for enterprise creative teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Sales: Own the entire funnel, from initial outreach and prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
- Strategic Alignment: Identify prospect pain points and deliver tailored product presentations that map our AI solutions to their business needs.
- Relationship Building: Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and key stakeholders within target accounts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless buyer experience.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene (HubSpot) and provide accurate sales forecasting.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor moves to effectively position our unique value proposition.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Represent Pixelz at industry events and conferences.
Requirements
- Experience: 4+ years in B2B sales (SaaS, MarTech, or Creative Services preferred).
- Outbound Mastery: Proven track record of prospecting into enterprise accounts using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email sequences, and social selling.
- Methodology: Experience with MEDDICC, Challenger, or Value Selling frameworks.
- Tech Stack: Proficient with modern sales tools like HubSpot, Sybil, and LinkedIn.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (MBA is a plus).
- Languages: Professional/Native proficiency in Spanish and French. Our internal company language is English.
