Terms and Conditions for FLOW: Community

Welcome to our online community! Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before participating in FLOW: Community ("Community"). By joining and participating in the Community, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, please do not join or participate in the Community.

Administration of the Community

Throughout these Terms, "Administrator" or "Community Administrator" refers to Pixelz TopCo A/S and all legal entities within Pixelz Group ("Pixelz").

The Administrator is responsible for operating and managing the Community.

By joining and participating in the Community, participants acknowledge and agree that Pixelz is the Administrator, and they consent to abide by these Terms and the authority of Pixelz in managing the Community.

Eligibility and Participation

1.1. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to join and participate in the Community.

1.2. You agree to provide accurate and truthful information about yourself when joining the Community.

1.3. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and you agree not to share them with anyone else.

Code of Conduct

2.1. You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and courteous manner within the Community.

2.2. You shall not engage in any behavior that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening,otherwise harmful or objectionable.

2.3. You shall not use the Community for any commercial purposes, including advertising, promoting, or selling goods or services, without obtaining prior written consent from the Administrators.

2.4. The FLOW Community is committed to maintaining an inclusive and diverse environment where all participants are respected and treated with dignity, regardless of their background, identity, or beliefs

2.5 If you witness or experience any violations of this Code of Conduct, we encourage you to report them to the Community administrators promptly and confidentially.

2.6. The Administrators will actively moderate the Community to enforce this Code of Conduct and may take appropriate actions in response to violations, including warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent expulsion from the Community.

Content Ownership and Usage Rights

3.1. You retain ownership of any content you submit or share within the Community.

3.2. You shall not post, share, or distribute any content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, or patent rights.

3.3. By posting or sharing content within the Community, you grant the Administrators a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, and distribute the content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Community. The license granted to the Administrators is revocable, and participants may request termination of the license by removing their content from the Community.

Content shared within the Community is not considered confidential and may be accessible to other participants and Administrator.

3.4. You acknowledge and agree that the Administrators have the right to remove, edit, or delete any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise deemed inappropriate or objectionable.

Privacy and Data Protection

4.1. The Community administrators may collect and process personal information about you in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Please refer to the Community's Privacy Policy for detailed information on how your personal data is collected, used, and protected.

Disclaimer of Liability

5.1. The Community is provided on an "as is" basis, and the Administrators make no warranties to verify or take responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or legality of any content shared or any external content or links posted within the Community.

5.2. In no event shall the Administrators be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, punitive damages, or other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Community or any content shared within it.

Modifications and Termination

6.1. The Administrators reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review and acknowledge or accept any modified Terms to continue participating in the Community after the changes have been implemented.

6.2. The Administrators may suspend or terminate your access to the Community at their sole discretion, without liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. The Administrators also reserve the right to terminate the Community entirely.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

7.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark.

7.2. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Copenhagen.

Participants expressly waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against the Community administrators or any other participants.

By joining and participating in the Community, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
