Our marketing team at Pixelz is seeking an Events and Field Marketing Specialist to support our in-person and digital events and account-based marketing programs. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience either as an event or digital marketing specialist / associate / coordinator and is eager to take their skill set to the next level.

This person will have the opportunity to be a part of the core team working on our flagship event series - FLOW, as well as support and own certain areas of 3rd party and own in-person events, webinars and ABM initiatives. This role will give you an ability to work and experiment with an array of marketing channels and collaborate with various go-to-market team members (Marketing, Sales, CS).

The ideal candidate is based in one of the following countries: Spain, Germany, Denmark, or Netherlands. You can work remotely or from one of our offices in Palma de Mallorca, Copenhagen, or Berlin.

What you will be doing:
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute own webinars and virtual events.
  • Coordinate all aspects of 3rd party events participation (e.g. logistics, agenda, timelines, venues, suppliers, giveaways, staffing, budgets)
  • Support with the overall execution and own certain areas of Pixelz’s flagship event - FLOW
  • In collaboration with the sales team plan and coordinate own hosted meetups and side events
  • Participate in the development and support of the execution of ABM programs across various channels: events, content, paid social, website, direct mail
  • Work closely with the marketing team members on different deliverables: social media content, paid ads, design assets, etc.
  • Conduct post-event wrap-up and analysis in collaboration with key stakeholders across marketing and sales and identify areas for improvement
This role is a good fit if you:
  • Have 1-2 years of experience in event marketing (or a similar marketing role)
  • Are fluent in English
  • Are eager to learn various aspects of marketing and develop your skills in copywriting, project management, events, email marketing, etc
  • Are ready to travel when necessary
  • Have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Are high-energy, resourceful, and own a solution-focused attitude
  • Have the ability to work in a deadline-driven atmosphere with multiple competing priorities
