Senior L&D Specialist


THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Senior L&D Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing internal training programs to enhance employee capabilities, support leadership development, and align learning with business goals.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

1. Training Needs Analysis & Program Design
  • Collaborate with departments to identify short- and long-term learning and development needs.
  • Design training programs tailored to job roles, skill sets, and organizational goals.
  • Develop training frameworks for various stages: onboarding, functional skills, leadership, and succession planning.
2. Training Delivery & Content Development
  • Create engaging training materials (slides, handouts, videos, e-learning modules, etc.).
  • Deliver in-house training sessions or coordinate with external trainers/partners.
  • Support and coach internal trainers and subject matter experts.
3. Training System Management
  • Operate the LMS (Learning Management System) to manage online learning activities.
  • Monitor learning progress, generate training reports, and track key learning metrics.
  • Research and apply innovative training technologies

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Learning & Development or related HR functions.
  • Proven experience in medium to large-sized organizations or multinational environments.
  • Professional certifications in L&D, coaching, instructional design, or related fields
  • Strong analytical thinking and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Detail-oriented, structured, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments, with a hands-on and proactive approach.
  • Experienced in administering and operating LMS.
  • Skilled in designing instructional materials for both offline & online training.
  • Passionate about learning and helping others grow; collaborative and learner-centric.
  • Able to influence and engage stakeholders across different levels and departments.
