Mobile Uploads
One of our favorite recent updates makes it easier than ever to bring mobile content into your Pixelz workflow. With the easy upload feature, images and videos captured on a mobile device can be uploaded directly to your Pixelz account for retouching—no extra steps, no workarounds.
As mobile-formatted content continues to play a bigger role on the PDP, this update helps teams move faster without compromising. Content can flow straight into the same retouching process you already rely on.
And the best part? This feature was inspired by our customers. It came directly out of a product–customer conversation. Listening and building what actually helps teams work better is what we love to hear!
AI Product Tagging and Descriptions
Writing product tags and descriptions sounds simple until you’re doing it at scale.

That’s why we now have AI Product Tagging and Descriptions. Instead of manually tagging every product, the tool analyzes your images and automatically applies accurate, structured product tags. By automating a step that’s traditionally slow and repetitive, AI-based image Tagging takes the pressure off catalog management. Tags can be embedded directly into image metadata, making them easy to use across systems and channels. Built for retailers and studios managing large volumes of products, Flow Retouching adapts to your pace. There are no predefined retouching tiers or one-size-fits-all presets. Instead, every image is processed according to your exact brand specifications, delivering consistent, reliable results in as little as 10 minutes (yes, that quick).
Behind the scenes, Pixelz has built what we call a retouching smart factory. By combining specialist editors, AI, and automated workflows, we’re able to deliver elevated quality at near-infinite scale, without slowing production down.
The workflow itself is simple: Shoot a product. Upload the images to Pixelz. Repeat.
While you’re shooting, retouching is already underway. In many cases, finished images are ready before you’ve even moved on to the next product, keeping momentum high and bottlenecks low.
Images can be uploaded via software integration, API, FTP, or directly through the web. The method doesn’t matter. What it does is keep images flowing continuously, rather than waiting to batch, so production never has to hit pause.
