The Role

As Pixelz’s Digital Campaign Specialist, you'll be leading our paid online presence. From planning to execution, you'll be driving our digital campaigns on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.

Joining our distributed team spread across Copenhagen, Prague, Barcelona, and Hanoi, you'll collaborate closely with all members of the marketing team.

Our ideal candidate has 3-5 years experience managing Google Ads, and if you've got a bit of experience with LinkedIn and Meta, even better! We need someone who loves diving into data, isn’t intimidated by spreadsheets, and can work seamlessly in English.

Your main task? Managing all our paid digital marketing initiatives day in and day out, ensuring quality leads and brand consistency while exploring new digital opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Your tasks include setting up and ongoing optimization of digital campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and Google, working closely with the team.
  • You'll be managing ad budgets, running A/B tests, doing keyword research, and optimizing everything for conversions and high-quality leads.
  • Using Hubspot, you'll set up, maintain, and manage lists and workflows.
  • You'll lend a hand in crafting catchy ad copy and visuals, and even help shape landing pages and lead gen forms.
  • Analyzing website traffic, leads, and user engagement metrics using tools like Hubspot and Google Analytics is all in a day's work for you.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience managing Google Ads.
  • High level written and spoken English.
  • You have solid Excel skills.
  • An analytical mindset is crucial.
